Friends of Coronado Center Library

Who are the Friends?

The Friends of the Coronado Center Library is a volunteer, not-for-profit organization founded in 2009 by Hot Springs Village property owners who love books and the library.

Our purpose is to stimulate public interest in the Coronado Center Library, purchase library materials not in the POA operating budget, and support cultural and educational endeavors in the Hot Springs Village area through story hours for children, literary events for adults, and reading programs for adults and children.

FOCCL holds regular literary events featuring local authors reading from their work and hosts an ongoing book club which meets monthly in the library.

Our popular Trivia Nights bring together teams of trivia buffs from all over the Village for a fun-filled evening, while raising valuable funds.

FOCCL also raises funds through book sales one or two times a year. Thanks to generous donations received year round, we are able to offer a wide selection of hardcover and paperback books in a variety of genres, as well as nonfiction, children's literature, books on CD and DVDs of movies.

The Coronado Center is located at 150 Ponderosa Lane. For more information, call 922-3555.
